New Missionaries in Mexico

Don and Chrissy Chubb minister as part of the support team in Mexico. “Don is preparing to go back into the … village among the Nahuatl (pronounced naa-what) people group to finish up a bunch of projects for the Husband family’s house (you may remember that Don helped design and build this house, spending probably four months out there over the last two years). The Husband family is now living in their house, but there is still a lot to be done, and they are full into language learning, homeschooling, relationship building with the people and the daily tasks of life out there. We are hopeful a lot will be completed so that their house will feel more like their home and less like a job-site afterward. Making the house more livable for them will help to decrease stress and make daily life and ministry so much easier. We have been so excited as new interest in joining the field of Mexico has been high among students back at our missionary training in the USA. We have been so happy to have new families already join us here. Please pray for them as they study Spanish and pursue ministry plans here. Pray for the Husbands to be encouraged as they study language and culture [among] the [Nahuatl] and that they would form deep relationships with the people out there.”
