Seeing the sun in those clouds and our Dem friends standing on the edge of the cliff ... it just made me think of heaven and the return of Christ. What a day that will be!

“[It] was taken on a special day, and those people standing on that ledge were about to witness some of their brothers and sisters in Christ take a step of obedience and honor their Saviour in baptism. That’s right, our family in Dem Land has started studying the book of Acts. In studying this book, they have learned the importance of baptism and making a public declaration to follow Christ. On Thursday, December 1, 25 of our Dem brothers and sisters were baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Will you stop and take a moment right now and just praise the Lord with us?

They have put their faith and trust in Christ, accepted Him as their Saviour and now have made a public declaration to follow Jesus. It’s honestly hard to even put into words the joy we feel seeing the Holy Spirit work in the lives of these beautiful people. Please continue to pray for our Dem brothers and sisters in Christ. There are actually a few hundred more people who desire to be baptized. Pray that as our co-workers continue meeting with people to hear their testimonies, God would be working in hearts and that each of these men, women and children would be truly putting their faith and trust in our Saviour.”
