Jonathan and Heidi Bamford minister among the Isnag people of the Philippines. “This past Sunday, we enjoyed doing something that we haven’t been able to do for a long time: we distributed a new portion of the Isnag New Testament. We are excited to be able to hand the book of Philippians to our Isnag friends in their own language. Lord willing, we will be publishing nine more new Isnag books in the next few weeks. Rice harvest is starting this week, and many of the people will be living out at their rice fields. We encouraged them to take the book of Philippians with them and read it when they are resting. We are blessed to have our co-workers, the Maynard family, here for a few weeks. David did a great job of introducing the book of Philippians and teaching from it. Pray that the book of Philippians will help our Isnag friends grow in their faith and pray that God will guide us as we work to publish the next nine books and as we prepare Hebrews and James for the next consultant check.”
